**Vacante para la empresa BACK OFFICE DE CHIHUAHUA en Jardines De Vista Alegre Ii - Mérida, Yucatán**:¿Hablas Inglés Avanzado, tienes experiência en Customer Service y en administración?Join our fast-growing team in Mérida and bring your skills to the next levelHorario: 3 PM - 11 PMLos días laborales serán rotativos con dos días de descanso por semana.This role includes a combination of handling incoming calls and performingbetween both responsibilities while maintaining a consistent and compassionatetoneThis role combines front-facing client interactions with essential back-office tasks.**Key Responsibilities**:- Accurately process and input attorney and client intake information into the case management system.- Prepare and send all necessary correspondence related to new cases to- the attorney on call.- Set up accident reports and insurance claims using digital platforms- whenever possible.- Open and process contracts and accident reports.- Order medical bills and records for cases approved by attorneys.- Perform administrative duties that require a high level of attention to detail.- Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing clients.- Repeat and confirm key information with clients to ensure clarity and accuracy.**Qualifications**:- 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Customer Service- Representative or Intake Specialist (not necessarily in the legal field).- Strong organizational and administrative skills.- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy.- Proficient with digital documentation and online systems.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Experience with Litify is a plus.- Minimal accent is a must due to the nature of phone-based interactions.**Soft Skills**:- Empathetic and kind communicator.- Attentive to details and sensitive in how information is conveyed.- Respectful and patient with clients, especially when handling emotional or- stressful situations.- Quick learner with a strong sense of accountability.- Independent and proactive worker.- Warm, clear, and professional phone presence.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Recursos humanos**Industria**:Recursos Humanos**Habilidades**:- Intake- Customer Service- Inglés Avanzado.
