Your responsibilities Lead the strategic planning and execution of sales force deployment, segmentation, targeting, and sizing to meet our business goals. Design and administer sales incentive plans, contests, and recognition programmes to uplift and motivate our sales team. Oversee the enhancement of CRM and sales force applications, prioritising data integrity and user experience. Analyse sales activities using advanced analytics, delivering insightful reports to optimise our sales force's productivity and performance. Identify opportunities for sales force improvement, providing recommendations that will influence our path to success. Coordinate training and development programmes to ensure our sales force is consistently advancing and meeting industry standards. The experience we're looking for Seasoned in sales force effectiveness, operations, or management, preferably within healthcare or consumer goods sectors. A proven history of nurturing sales excellence and stimulating sales growth amidst challenging, competitive environments. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, driven by a data‑informed approach to decision‑making. Confident, clear communicator with the ability to influence and build consensus among a diverse array of stakeholders.
