Nacemos libres, queremos romper moldes y salirnos de lo convencional.**_ ¿Cuál será tu aportación y rol como Global Assistance Booking Agent?_**En dependencia de la Contact Center Manager de Receptivo, te encargarás de la gestión y atención diaria de las reclamaciones por distintos canales de nuestros clientes en destino (DMCs).El principal objetivo de este departamento es la gestión de las peticiones recibidas en relación con los diferentes destinos vacacionales que opera W2M, proporcionando un excelente servicio de atención al cliente.**Funciones**:- Reporte de incidencias y control de pérdidas derivadas de las reclamaciones.- Interlocución con las distintas áreas de negocio.- Interlocución con el proveedor de servicio.- Escalado de incidencias.- Asegurar nível de servicio.- Gestión del ciclo completo de reclamaciones de los destinos (DMCs). Desde la recepción de la incidencia, gestión, resolución, cierre y reporting.- Recepción y entrada por distintos medios de reclamaciones de clientes.- Registro, análisis, clasificación y/o en su caso desvío de reclamaciones- Localización y recopilación de la documentación/información para la tramitación de los expedientes**Requisitos**:**_¿Qué buscamos en tí?_**- _ Nível alto de Ingles (conversación fluida y redacción, con interlocutores nativos)._- _Valorable el idioma Francés._- _Experiência previa contrastable en el servicio de atención al cliente, gestión de reclamaciones y asistencia al pasajero en destino._- _Alto nível de independencia, proactividad, y autogestión._- _Conocimientos de ofimática: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point._- _Conocer el funcionamiento del departamento de reclamaciones de un receptivo._- _Conocer la organización logística y operativa de un receptivo._- _Adquirir nociones de gestión de reservas hoteleras._- _Aprender el proceso de atención al cliente y adquirir habilidades de servicio._- _Conocer las diferentes herramientas de gestión operativas_
