**Needs to hire 2 Employees**Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with data within software (perform updates in data, forward the communication to alternate parties)- Review legal documentation, update software to reflect based on FDCPA- Support consumers attempting to pay balances, navigating them to the correct team for further services & support- Receive inbound & outbound calls, locate the placement of said file and provide forwarding information- Build internal tickets to support communications among multiple teams- Perform audits of data entry and/or review of from our Client Success Team- Maintaining a high level of compliance and service between consumers, clients, partners, internal teams, and 3rd party agencies- Ability to perform regression testing on software systems and proactively report where applicableKey skills required are communication etiquette, multi-tasking, time management, customer service, data entry, phone support, data analysis, thirst for product knowledge.Standard operating hours are 8 hr workday, Pacific Standard Time (California), Monday - Friday only, with paid lunch and 2 breaks.Small, fast-paced, 100% remote support team.Seasoned group and looking to expand a few more members to meet our growing businessApplication Question(s):- What CRM tools do you have experience using?- Describe your recent experience with similar projects.**Experience**:- customer service: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
