As an owner operated family company, our name is synonymous with long-term, sustainable commercial success.****Responsabilites**:- Plan the project initiation process.- Performs engineering design evaluations for durability analysis and feasibility and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints.- Provides technical support for the engineering launch process and contributes to the completion of a project including delivery of development samples.- Performs and supports engineering evaluation and root cause analysis on product failures from validation testing, quality actions and field warranty returns.- Gathers data for and generates technical design records including DFMEAs, drawings, BOMs, and DVP&Rs to document outputs of the design process.- Acts as primary point of contact between customers and Mubea to ensure all necessary project and technical approvals.- Reviews industry policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.- Monitors progress and performance against the project plan via the quality gate review process.- Takes action to escalate and resolve operation problems and minimize delays.- Identifies, develops, and gathers resources necessary to complete the project.- Selects materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.- Industrial Engineering, Administration.- Familiar with automotive production environment and launch production.- English Advance must.- IATF 16949.- Budget management.- Suppliers management- Microsoft Project.- 5-7 years in similar positions.- JOBNUMBER*****MEX00035**:- COUNTRY*****Mexico**:- LOCATION*****Celaya**:- FUNCTIONAL AREA*****Engineering**:- EXPERIENCE LEVEL*****Professionals**:
