This role is also responsible for the accurate entry of customer purchase orders into the Oracle ERP, SalesForce and Zuora systems in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Act as the operational liaison between a variety of internal F5 teams including Sales, Product Management, Shipping, Export Compliance and Finance. This position is charged with the orchestration of F5’s order setup and processing to ensure customer’s expectations are met and is aligned with ASC606 revenue recognition requirements.- Attractions of the Job:- This position provides high level exposure to F5 products and processes. There is daily interaction with various departments and customers globally. This position also offers direct opportunities to contribute to the overall success of the company and to take on additional duties and responsibilities as you grow in the role.- Responsibilities:- Familiarity of Oracle, SalesForce & Zuora and experience working with a high paced accounting environment.- Review terms & conditions, pricing, and completeness of customer purchase orders in support of F5’s Sarbanes Oxley compliance policies- Independently enter global orders of advanced complexity for product & initial service, subscriptions new offerings in Oracle & SalesForce utilizing proper configuration and licensing methods- Works on problems of complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors; exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action- Maintain and utilize resources to ensure the most up to date processes and policies are followed; recognize and perform necessary corrections to out of date materials with guidance as needed- Enforce customer data management/data integrity rules and guidelines. Take ownership of customer data in ERP/CRM/SCM systems.- Support daily, monthly and quarterly corporate financial goals and commitments; responsible to ensure all deadlines are met and customer requirements are supported.- Proactively manage a set of defined operational elements that enable the order to cash for F5’s Subscription & new Licensing offerings.- Review all orders to confirm all required elements are present and follow ASC606 revenue recognition requirements- Daily management of post sales, product related activities such as, but not limited to; account ownership/installed base maintenance, processing returns, product license and service contract amendments- Locates opportunities in Salesforce related to customer purchase agreements to ensure proper order elements, order stage, and order notifications are confirmed and updated throughout the order booking process.- Evaluate, research, analyze, propose solutions and independently drive completion of projects as assigned while keeping key stakeholders informed of progress and independently seeking guidance as needed.- Represent the Revenue Operations team in cross functional meetings providing insight into revenue recognition and system requirements.- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring alignment with accounting and revenue requirements.- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.- Utilize planning tools (MS Planner/SmartSheet) to track project completion and provide visibility across Revenue Team/Accounting to status.- Identify and mitigate project risks and impacts to the Revenue team and the business as a whole.- Partner with cross function team to develop specific solutions to meet customers unique purchasing needs and fulfillment of F5 products.- Utilize planning tools (MS Planner/SmartSheet) to track project completion and provide visibility across Revenue Team/Accounting to status.- Other Responsibilities:- Assist with projects of varying scope as assigned; update stakeholders as projects progress and independently drive completion of tasks with leadership involvement as needed.- Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and promptly report violations of this Code or any other company policies.- Performs other related duties, tasks or projects associated to operational aspects of order entry- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and
