Compliance Program Analyst and Project Manager

Job Description SummaryCome and join the Risk & Compliance team as we work to transform Thomson Reuters into a content-driven technology company.**About The Role**In this opportunity as a Compliance Program Analyst and Project Manager, you will:- Provide project management and task oversight functions of global, enterprise-wide compliance-related projects, ensuring timely completion, resource optimization, and stakeholder satisfaction.- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential compliance issues within the organization; recommend efficient data and knowledge management solutions.- Manage, track and enforce enterprise-wide Compliance Certifications and training completion.- Produce recurring reports and metrics, dashboards, and other ad-hoc enterprise compliance status reports for internal stakeholders.- Support administrative tasks to include vendor invoice coordination, compliance report filing, and internal project file management.- Assist with the design and execution of risk assessments and gap analyses, proposing targeted solutions for identified compliance gaps.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into business processes and technology solutions.- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports.- Support the development, delivery, and enforcement of policies and training programs, leveraging data-driven insights to improve effectiveness.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Program by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions.- Other Compliance Program work as necessary.**About You**You’re a fit for this role if your background includes:- You hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.- You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, preferably in the technology sector.- You are naturally curious, eager to learn and grow. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and finding innovative solutions.- You enjoy collaboration and cross-functional exposure.
