We are looking for talented people who are willing to jump right in and use their expertise to help the ecosystem build.**You will**:- Financial Planning & Analysis_- Prepare and manage financial forecasts, budgets and liquidity planning for the organization- Develop, manage and maintain complex financial models for overall organization as well as various business initiatives- Lead quarterly finance reviews and prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making- Data Analysis & Insights_- Analyze off- and on-chain data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement- Build tooling and models to collect, analyze and validate data monitor trends, and flag discrepancies or anomalies- Work with the data team to build reliable dashboards- Collaborate with external partners as well as cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis as well as to ensure controls execution- Partnership & Program Performance_- Analyze how markets, partnerships, and incentive programs are performing over time, and which are creating long-term value- Provide insights to inform new incentive strategies or partner programs- Think of yourself as the strategic thought partner to our growth teams. You turn data into business insight**You have**:- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business strategy, or related fields or equivalent work experience- 5+ years of experience as strategy consultant, investment banker, VC, private equity or other high-performance industry- Crypto experience is strongly preferred- Extremely strong analytical skills and detail oriented working style — you love and excel at working with data, spreadsheets, and financial models- Proactive, self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving multiple workstreams independently- Strong written communication skills and ability to synthesize insights clearly- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling required; experience with Causal, Airtable, and Coefficient a plus
