This role is crafted for those with a curious mind, eager to delve into data, uncover trends, and utilize insights to guide their strategic direction. Your work will ensure their marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, paid search strategies, and SEO practices, are optimized and aligned with their objectives to drive customer engagement and market dominance.**About our Client**:They are a premier tech focused home services company located in a major US metropolitan area. They are scaling a digitally native remote support staff from customer service, sales to marketing, software development and data analysis.**Key Responsibilities**:- Go-to analytics professional for the digital marketing team- Conduct daily and intra-day monitoring and reporting on various digital marketing initiatives to ensure actionable insights are identified and leveraged in real time. Develop and maintain dashboards for management to provide an at-a-glance understanding of performance metrics and insights.- Perform ad hoc analyses to uncover underlying trends and patterns within our data, driving strategic decisions and optimizing campaign performance.- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and implement data-driven improvements, maintaining a curious approach towards data and trends.- Track the progress of marketing initiatives diligently, tying value back to each initiative to ensure strategic goals are met and value is maximized.**Requirements**:- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing analytics, with a strong foundation in reporting, data analysis, and a curiosity for uncovering data trends.- Solid analytical skills, proficient in performing ad hoc analysis and comfortable working with MS Excel or Google Sheets.- Openness to learn and explore new tools and technologies to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.- Proficiency in Google Analytics, with experience in keyword ranking tracking and a solid understanding of SEO principles, is a plus.- Familiarity with various digital marketing channels, both paid and organic, is preferred.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.- Previous experience working in a similar role- Excellent English Level both written and spoken- Must be located in Latin AmericaThis role is designed for a proactive, data-driven individual passionate about leveraging analytics to drive marketing strategy, improve customer engagement, and contribute to their strategic goals.
