At F5, we truly do help each other thrive.**This opportunity is in Guadalajara, Mexico****Responsibilities**:- Project Management: Develop and execute project plans for D&I programs, including timelines, budgets, and resources.- Needs Assessment & Outcomes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.- Data: Manage data and analytics related to D&I programs and initiatives, including the Annual report and D&I Dashboard.- Program Management: Develop program features and enhancements for our executive D&I Council, employee resources groups, and other D&I programs over an extended time horizon.- Stakeholder Management: Communicate and engage stakeholders, including EIG leaders, Exec Sponsors, HR LT, and HR representatives at all stages of the program lifecycle using tools and techniques like surveys, needs assessments, focus groups, and ideation sessions.- Change Management: Creation of readiness materials for the business to ensure effective delivery and usage of the programs, including presentations, training, FAQs, and more.- Industry and Best Practice Research: Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in HR program management.- May perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required; Master's preferred.- 5+ years of experience in D&I program management or closely related experience and knowledge of D&I practices globally- Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues and risks.- Knowledge of human-centric approach to design and change management philosophies.LI-Hybrid1LI-CC1Equal Employment Opportunity.
