Digitalization Engineer**_ Overall responsibilities and duties:_**Drive the implementation of projects linked to digital transformation in his/her plant to improve operational performance in accordance with Group, BG & Division strategyThe main mission on the role are:- Drive the digital rodemap- Ensure resources are allocated upon need to Digital and Automotation projects- Support champions n deployment and improvement of standards defined by Group & BG- Support change management plans- Define trainings needs and coordinate with champions and HR Manager for implementation- Assess champions skills and anticipate development needs in ergard to Digital- Animate the network, build strong partnerships- Share best practices and lessons learnt**_Qualifications_**Experience: 2 years of experience in operationsAcademic: Engineering degree or equivalent. A specialization or degree in Digital related topic (Data, PLC programation, Conectivity.) is a plus**_Skills and Competencies_**Capacity to animate workshop and influence functional networksDigital skills and curiosity on the new technologies and toolsComfortable with data management topicsUnderstanding of lean manufacturing (FES) Operations experience is a plusGood interpersonal and communication skillsEnglish proficientAgility, Openness to new ideasCustomer orientation, Leadership, Team spirit, Autonomy, Energy
