Ejecutivo Backhaul CAMFRI”¿Te apasiona vender, negociar y tienes cartera de clientes? En CAMFRI estamos buscando un verdadero especialista en Backhaul.”Objetivo del puesto:**Maximizar la rentabilidad de cada viaje. Que cada unidad que sale a Monterrey, Guadalajara, o cualquier parte de México, regrese llena.****Responsabilidades**:- Buscar y vender carga de retorno (Backhaul).- Crear cartera de clientes de diferentes sectores.- Prospectar nuevos clientes por ruta, zona o ciudad.- Negociar y cerrar espacios en las unidades de CAMFRI.- Trabajar en coordinación con tráfico y operaciones.- Reportar resultados semanales.**Requisitos**:- Experiência mínima 2 años en ventas logísticas o transporte de carga.- Conocimiento de rutas nacionales.- Cartera de clientes (indispensable).- Ser hunter, apasionado por las ventas.- Negociador nato.- Capacidad para trabajar por resultados.**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo base.- Comisiones por venta de backhaul.- Cartera de viajes disponibles.- Crecimiento dentro de CAMFRI.- Excelente ambiente de trabajo.**“Si conoces clientes, mueves mercancía y tienes hambre de comisionesCAMFRI te quiere.”**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de gimnasio- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de productividadTipo de jornada:- Incluye fines de semana- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuáles son tus rutas de Back Haul más fuertes y qué tipo de unidades has manejado o colocado en esas rutas?- ¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro comercial en logística y cómo lo conseguiste?- ¿Cuántos clientes activos manejas actualmente o has manejado recientemente? ¿Qué tipo de cargas y rutas trabajaste?- ¿Cómo aseguras la eficiencia en viajes de regreso?
