Participates in various Outside Sales activities and customer relationship management.Responsible for representing the company's interests, and building business relationships to enhance outside sales performance.**Minimum Requirements**Mechanical Engineer with commercial profile.Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily workUniversity Degree or equivalentA minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience.Conversational EnglishAvailability to travel- Identifies prospects and establishes a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customers needs.- Participates in business development activities for prospects within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.- Identifies bid opportunities, prepares bid responses, and negotiates with potential customers.- Develops new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.- Supports the management team representative on prospective target accounts or territories.- Develops personal long-term customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.- Attends trade shows at times to increase the visibility of the organization and potentially influence prospects.**Carrier is An Equal **Opportunity/Affirmative** Action Employer.
