**Summary**:Lead the Operations Analytics team in designing and implementing data-driven solutions that provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, increase operational efficiency, and drive business growth.**Job responsibilities**:- Develop and implement a comprehensive business intelligence strategy that aligns with the overall organizational goals- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making- Manage a team of BI developers, analysts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports and insights- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as finance, sales, and marketing to identify key business challenges and opportunities and provide data-driven solutions- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data sources used for BI and data analytics purposes- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the business intelligence and data analytics field and recommend new solutions as appropriate- Develop and maintain data models to support business intelligence reporting and analytics- Create and deliver ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to meet the needs of the business- Ensure the security and privacy of sensitive data assets and comply with data governance policies and regulations- Mentor and coach the BI team to foster their professional development and enhance their skills and capabilities**What are we looking for?****Required**:- University/ College degree- 1-3 years in analytics leadership role**Language Level**:- Advanced- Intermediate English level**Computational Level**:- SQL, Python, database management**What can Seguros Confie offer you?**- Engaging and supportive work environment.
