**SIGUE CORPORATION**We are a Leading Global Money Services Company, which provides services and solutions to various communities, connecting families and improving their life quality.**We are looking for a Highly Motivated Product Manager**The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Define the product strategy and roadmap- Deliver MRDs and PDRs with prioritized features and corresponding justification- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities- Be an expert with respect to the competition- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product- Perform product demos to customers and Stakeholders- Develop sales tools and collateral- Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings- Brief press and analysts and go on press tours- Act as a leader within the company**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager, product Owner or Systems Project Manageror similar.- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)- Strong ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.- Strong troubleshooting abilities to get to the source of problems and think critically regarding possible solutions.- 2+ years of experience in a job in the financial or money transfer market- Technical background, with experience in Azure Devopsor similar Development Management Systems- Must be able to work well in a team environment, with teams in different locations.- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.- Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices and design patterns.- Writing Technical Specs and Requirements- Capable of understandingand generatingUML documentation.- Familiar with Agile software development methodologies.- Understanding Of Web Development and Development Standards.- Knowledge Of User Experience Best Practices on UI/UX- Knowledge onSystem Development Agile Methodologies Including Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.- Experience working with Development Management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.- Transact SQL programming experience.- High Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle- Knowledge on Data Analytics desired**We Offer Competitive Salary and Benefits above the**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $60,543.73 - $75,463.44 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 22015, Tijuana, B.C.
