This data-driven position requires a blend of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the user base and influence behavior.Role Responsibilities:- Acquisition and engagement of our users to our platform as well as the growth of our user base, via a combination of online and offline strategies.- Building deep data insights and understanding of our potential and existing users in the local culture, in order to build your own growth-oriented methodologies and initiatives.- Using data to understand user behavior and experience, and identify areas for improvement as we grow our business, while always being aware and critical of ROI.- Identifying new projects and taking ownership.Role Qualifications:- At least 5 years of preferably online Food / Grocery delivery business or operational/analytical experience in data analytics, consulting, investment banking, marketing or operations management, or in tech industry.- Data driven and strong analytical thinking.- Excellent strategic thinking and evolving mindset.- Self-motivated, self-directed and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
