You will be designing strategies in a data driven manner from a holistic perspective, and leverage operational or product tools to enable a more efficient and down to earth execution of strategies.Role Responsibilities:- From Restaurant and Sales point of view, conducting a series of topic analysis and strategy planning on the topic of restaurant onboarding, growth and operations;- Complete relevant data and analysis, conducting restaurant and benchmark studies, can form clear product and operation suggestions;- Assist the decision making of those key suggestions, assisting the landing and follow up, can continuously improve and accumulate experiences;Role Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years experience related to merchant operations, strategy or product operations, understand merchant and sales operations;- Bachelor degree in data oriented courses such as: Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Business Administration etc.;- Target oriented, good structured and strategic thinking, good communications;Experience in managing complex cross-team collaboration, responsible and reliable;- Fluent in Spanish and English;- Previous experience with sales operations will be a plus.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
