**Responsibilities**:- Establishing and building relationship with the client’s stakeholder through deep understanding business domain and consultancy- Gathering and analyzing business requirements- Providing solution directions and recommendations based on the client’s needs, environment specifics and industry trends- Creating and keeping up to date product backlog (creating user stories and acceptance criteria from the product vision and epics)- Working closely with engineering team and ensuring that user stories are implemented in line with the product vision and timelines- Understanding the market reasoning behind given requirement and ensuring that development team deliver it according to global business goals and feature specifics**Qualifications and Experience**:- Have 5+ years experience in the Retail Banking, Capital Markets or Wealth- Capital Markets - Previous experience of Trade Lifecycle in Sell and Buyside of Capital markets from trade execution through to settlement. Experience of custom build and or integration with industry platforms like Murex, Calypso, CDS, BlackRock Aladdin etc.- Worked on a BA on Digital Banking initiatives in the Retail space - focused on End user experience and Data - experience of working with platforms like Plaid, MX- Experience of KYC and Client onboarding within Retail, Corporate or Capital markets- Experience in one or more domain areas - Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Real Time Payments, Zelle, Core Payments, Card Payments, Retail Payments, Cross Border Payments, Clearing and Settlement, etc. particularly with ACH, Wires, ISO20022- Digital Product Management experience in financial services firms with a focus on product strategy and roadmap development- Familiarity with banking operations including regulatory, compliance and technology ops- Familiarity with digital innovation and/or product development within a financial services institution**About Endava**:Endava is reimagining the relationships between people and technology.
