**What is the job about?****Your main responsibilities**:- Answer customer chats from Grundfos website and Grundfos Product Center.- Answer transferred calls from Grundfos local sites.- Guide customers to the required information (literature, where-to-buy, service parts, spec sheets, warranty information, pricing, etc.) and/or routing them to Grundfos’ partners.- Create self-help templates for customers to be loaded into chatbot.- Work closely with Sales Engineers and Customer Sales & Support Center to serve the customers.**Your background**We imagine that you have:- An associate or bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.- Minimum 3 years of technical background.- Fluent in English language both spoken and written.**What’s in it for you?**What are your goals?
