**Vacante para la empresa Nex en Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México**:Customer Service EspecialistFUNCIONES:- Dar seguimiento a todos los requisitos operativos pre y post-venta (clientes internos yexternos).- Procesar notas de crédito y de cargo de clientes.- Mantener actualizada el Master del Clientes, así como todas las bases de datos que incluyandocumentación o información de clientes.- Gestionar de forma eficiente la comunicación hacia los Clientes y entre otrosRepresentantes de ventas y áreas internas involucradas en el proceso de una orden deventa.- Gestión de operaciones virtuales (facturación IVA 0%, clientes IMMEX).- Administrar indicadores de desempeño (KPI’s) del área.RESPONSABILIDADES:- Desarrollar relación cercana con clientes internos y externos, manteniendo una orientaciónenfocada en servicio, brindando atención positiva y amable.- Administrar cartera de clientes-atención puntual a requerimientos.- Administrar órdenes de venta desde la recepción hasta su facturación.- Administrar documentos y declaraciones de origen.- Mantener flujo eficiente de información entre los departamentos Comerciales (ventas ycrédito) y Operativos (compras, inventarios y logística).- Brindar atención y servicio constante a cada uno de los clientes a su cargo.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Atención al cliente**Industria**:Productos Químicos
