This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for software engineers, developers, IT specialists, and other technology-focused positions.**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical positions, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and technical skills required.- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.- Coordinate technical assessments, coding challenges, or practical tests as required by the role.- Provide guidance and feedback to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field.- 2+ years of experience recruiting for IT/technical roles, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.- Strong understanding of technical roles (software development, DevOps, data analytics, cloud, etc.).- Knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and IT infrastructure is a plus.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Advanced english and spanish.**Benefits**- Competitive Salary- Fun work environment- Growth Opportunities
