Quality Engineer

**MAIN ROLE**Responsible for operating the Business Management System (BMS), writing procedures and processes to support the BMS development. Lead and undertake audits across all areas of the business as well as across the supply chain**DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**- Oversee effective implementation of the Business Management System throughout the company, including any business accreditations- Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business- Analyze current and future procedural needs of the business- Organize and manage internal audit system and the document control system- Conduct Quality Systems audits and assist in training/guidance to other auditors- Host external Quality System audits- Collate quality data for monitoring targets- Assist with first-off sample approvals- Keep up with current and developing manufacturing and engineering trends that concern product quality**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**- +2 years experience as Quality Engineer in manufacturing industry- Previous experience of dealing with customers and suppliers- Strong knowledge of common problem-solving methodologies/tools such as PDCA, DMAIC, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone diagrams, is/is not tables, pareto charts, control charts, etc.- Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)- Ability to research through databases to identify trends and generate other information- Advanced English conversational levelTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $28,000.00 - $38,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuál es tu sueldo deseado (antes de impuestos)?- ¿Cuántos años de experiência tienes en calidad procesos?- ¿En qué industrias de manufactura tienes experiência (metalmecánica, iny. plástico, vidrio, etc)?- ¿Cuentas con nível avanzado de inglés conversacional?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
