Sr Analyst, Transformation

In this role you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, monitoring, and implementing the strategic programs and projects across Business Units. You will define and develop IT Program/project management best practices, processes, and policy to ensure alignment with Trisept Operating System and the ALG Hospitality group.**A successful Sr Analyst, Transformation will**:- Be curious, creative, and detail oriented mind that is customer centric and focused on efficiency, process improvement, financial statement accuracy, and fiscal outcome.- Have critical thinking, project management, prioritization, and documentation**A successful Sr Analyst, Transformation will have**:- 3-5 years relevant experience in process mapping and analysis, requirements and documentation.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.- Team player but also able to work independently.- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) strongly desired.- Knowledge of Project Management, Six Sigma/Lean methodologies and business transformation preferred.- Travel industry experience a plus.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly in oral and written communication.- Proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders, build consensus and alignment and deliver key objectives.- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.As North America’s only vertically integrated travel, hospitality and leisure management group, Apple Leisure Group is an industry innovator that combines the expertise of 14 leading brands.
