**Social Media Specialist****Status**: Part-Time, 20 Hours/Week**Wage**:650 USD per month**Bilingual**: Fluent in Spanish & EnglishThe Human Growth Foundation is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to amplify our digital presence. In this remote-first, part-time role, you will work closely with our Head of Social Media to create engaging content and foster connections within our online community. If you're creative, organized, and eager to drive impactful communications, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities- **Content Publishing**: Post pre-approved content across all HGF social media channels.- **Community Engagement**: Respond to comments and messages in both English and Spanish, ensuring active and respectful engagement with our audience.- **Active Outreach**: Proactively interact with target profiles to build and nurture community relationships.- **Creative Copywriting**: Write and edit compelling social media captions that resonate with our audience.- **Performance Analysis**: Provide weekly analytics reports and actionable performance insights.- **Strategic Tagging**: Utilize relevant hashtags and tag appropriate accounts to maximize content reach.- **Influencer Mapping**: Identify and map digital creators and influencers whose values align with HGF’s mission.- **Content Quality Assurance**: Review all content for grammar, accuracy, and tone prior to publication.- **Collaborative Support**: Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed by the team lead.Preferred Qualifications- **Language Skills**: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).- **Social Media Expertise**: Solid understanding of major platforms—including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube—with a proven ability to engage audiences.- **Communication**: Exceptional written communication skills with an eye for detail.- **Industry Experience**: Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or advocacy sectors is highly desirable.- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to work independently, maintain a high level of organization, and adhere to deadlines in a remote setting.If you're ready to bring your creativity and expertise to a mission-driven organization, we invite you to apply.
