Strength GM relation with State Governments in order to improve our business environment, security & incentives. Inform and present GM's business priority to State Governors and secretaries. Work closely with plant managers to identify their needs and requirements and follow up on projects per plant- Monitor and track labor provisions and implementation in each one of the states where we have facilities: Hydrocarbons.- Work to grow GMs participation in Mexican Market and Strength GM Mfg Investments- Automotive Decree: Preserve the Decree and comply with it's requirements to secure GM's business Plan (import plans and Market share)- "Deposito Fiscal": Secure its continuation and comply with requirements- Used car imports: Maintain Decree and diminish illegal vehicles legalization. Align and promote NEW Vehicle control system substituting REPUVE.- Advocate / lobby with Federal / Local Governments and Legislators on goods recovery process and standardization.- Unilateral quota enterprise registration renewal and new project to increase quota for upcoming years (suppliers - OPEX).- Secure and develop Foreign Trade Procedures: Import and export permits, develop annual report to obtain PROSEC benefit- Drawback (Steel): Monitor and track process, secure reimbursement. Work closely with GM customs and report / track progress accordingly. Pursuit with MoE / Ministry of Finance to eliminate the measurement- Legislative Agenda: Lead strategy to identify in advance legislative initiatives that can generate impact to the industry and GMM- Trade associations: Optimize GM presence in all chambers and associations that GM is part of (AMCHAM, AMIA, AMIS, AMDA, CEEG, AMSOC). Track GM representative participation and documentation).
