Based in Mexicali, but may travel, primarily to the United States.- Duties & Responsibilities:- With mínimal supervision:- conducts or assists in routine audits and projects including understanding, documenting operational processes, policies, and procedures; evaluating risks and controls; data analytics; process flow documentation or review;- prepares draft reports.- With guidance:- conducts research and project planning;- conducts audit follow-ups to evaluate implementation of management actions of previous audits;- may perform Sarbanes-Oxley or other regulatory audit work, not conflicting with IIA Standards;- may support external auditors.- May perform or assist on special, sensitive or other assignments.- May conduct or supervise continuous auditing;- Models Company Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and IIA Standards;- Timely performs customary admin tasks including quality control, timekeeping, compliance with policies and standards, training, and performance reviews.**Requirements**:- B.S degree in accounting, data analysis or related field.- 6-8 years relevant work experience, ability to work with mínimal supervision, audit experience a plus.- Effective English and Spanish oral and written communication skills.- Advanced understanding of accounting and auditing, business processes, internal controls or data analytics.- Experienced with Microsoft Office including PowerBI; audit analytics software and practices.
