Job Description: We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Data Analyst / Data Scientist to partner closely with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate data into actionable insights that shape business strategy. Develop expertise in analytics, experimentation, and data interpretation within the domain of data science. Conduct in‑depth analyses using advanced analytical methods to address complex and high‑impact business challenges. Communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to leaders across the organization in a clear and compelling manner. Partner with product management, engineering, and design teams to develop strategic decision‑making solutions. Serve as subject matter expert for analytics, experimentation, and data interpretation. Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate product changes and optimize customer experience. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to deliver insights in an accessible and scalable format. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related field. Hands‑on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks. Familiarity with data science methodologies (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) and agile model development. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in big‑data technologies. Ideal familiarity with cloud platforms. Creative and analytical problem‑solving mindset with ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in e‑commerce or retail analytics is a plus.
