**ECM INDUSTRIES****Solicita**:**Director of Plant Operations****Descripción y Requisitos****Job DeEscrituraion**:As a key member of the global operational leadership team, the Director of Plant Operations is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive substantial improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.The Director of Plant Operations oversees, monitors and coordinates production activities by working with supervisors, managers and directors to set and achieve production and operational goals that align with overall company goals.This position provides a highly visible leadership in the delivery of quality products and on-time services to our customers while meeting or exceeding established plant financial plans.Responsibilities include safety, staffing, administration, production, quality, materials, equipment, environmental compliance, continuous improvement and financial performance for our manufacturing operations in Juarez Mexico.**Key Responsibilities**:Ensure safety, dignity and respect for all team members: commit to plant safety procedures; address employee's issues or complaints; and share a trusting relationship with workgroup by maintaining active communication with staff.- Collaborate and communicate with operations and other functional leaders outside of Juarez facility to ensure alignment with ECM strategy and accelerate SQDC improvements.- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations based on the operations management system to ensure that customers are provided with the product according to agreed specifications as well as the expected level of service in terms of delivery timeliness, quantity, speed, technical support and innovation.- Work with the Finance Manager and direct staff to set proper controls on all plant manufacturing costs versus operational budget. Identify savings opportunities and efficiencies gains.- Develop and execute a robust Continuous Improvement Program with the local team and the Director of Continuous Improvement. Prioritize projects and activities based on value they will deliver to the business.- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and approved budget and provide a clear sense of direction and focus- Monitor operations, anticipate issues and trigger corrective actions before issues impact quality or production- Manage any deviations from expectations and create solutions to resolve them.- Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts- Ensure compliance with all applicable Mexican laws regarding operating in Mexico.**Who We Are**:ECM Industries, LLC is a global manufacturer and supplier of electrical products for construction and maintenance, irrigation and landscape supply and natural gas/cathodic industries.ECM Industries industry-leading brands and a track record of innovative product development, partners with customers for sustainable, mutual growth.If you’re looking for a unique, exciting career with variety and potential for growth, ECM Industries offers challenges & extraordinary rewards for people on a global scale.ECM Industries, LLC is headquartered in New Berlin, WI.
