**Responsibilities**:- Manage policies ensuring adherence to same in the areas of underwriting, account maintenance and end-to-end operations. and ensure the adherence is in place in area of underwriting and end to end operation.- Pro-actively engage with the Product Team in providing analytics and recommendations supporting and recommendation to support business initiatives and opportunities that would generate additional revenue for the bank with while optimizing the Risk and Reward Balance- Ensure compliance on to regional policies and regulations for all products through regular gaps analysis, Key Risk Indicators tracking, and corrective actions update- Ensure data quality and proper consumer portfolio classification in Portfolio Monitoring System (PMACS) as well as reporting delivery diligence- Ensure appropriate and timely policy exceptions, Product Programs and Business Credit Policy validations are in place for all secured and unsecured products- Simplified the portfolio actions and customer maintenance & servicing processes while maintaining a controled environment.- Drive regular line action performance reviews and analysis to ensure meeting the business risk apetite is met.- Act as a policy interface to the Business Portfolio Management Team**Qualifications**:- High analytical skills- Able to use SAS and other programming languages is an advantage- Excellent communication skills- Advance level in microsoft skills**Education**:- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
