Logre cosas extraordinarias cuando se una a nuestro equipo y marque la diferencia en su desarrollo profesional, la comunidad y en todo el mundo****Primary purpose of the position**:**Essential Responsible Areas**:- Shipping plan- Shipping follow up- Freight Invoicing procees**Region Specific Responsible Areas**:- Assure OTIF for FG and Scrap and satisfy customer requirements through shipping plan coordination and transfers to external warehouses.- Assure timely tracking and follow-up to each in-transit shipment in order to communicate Order Fullfilment team and domestic customer about their deliveries.- Manage the portfolio of logistics services and ensure that they meet the requirements of the organization in volume, quality, communication, timely billing, among others; Manage tenders to ensure better cost / benefit ratios.- Validate that the carrier’s invoices meet the organization's requirements for authorization and payment programming. Contribute to the payment to the carriers in the agreed terms.- Facilitate the operation, monitor and ensure compliance with physical and documentary requirements for logistics services, both import and export of finished good, dunnage, scrap, machinery, etc.- Facilitate the return of packaging material from customers by assigning units as well as facilitating the transfer of the warehouse from the dunnage site to the plant.- Communicate to warehouse team the dunnage to be consumed on each production line and ensure that the product is in time and form for consumption- Report weekly and monthly compliance to the OTIF and shipping plan as well as issue corrective actions depending on the reason for poor performance.- Keep freight cost below budget**Key stakeholders**:- Customer Service- Quality Manager- Finance Manager- Central Planning**Professional & Education Qualification**- Logistics- Industrial Engineer- Administration- Accounting**Skills**- Leadership- Effective communication- Team Management- Teamwork- Analysis- Negotiation**Knowledge**- Transportation- Cross Border Operation- Import And Export Process- Invoicing process**Languages**:spanish and english**Ball Corporation es un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
