Logre cosas extraordinarias cuando se una a nuestro equipo y marque la diferencia en su desarrollo profesional, la comunidad y en todo el mundo** **Entry level position** **Primary purpose of the position**: The primary purpose of the role is to insure Ball's freight carriers are paid the correct amount on a timely basis. Ball NCA processes aproximately + 150 carrier invoices per day. **Essential Responsible Areas**: - Resolve all invoice discrepancies between what Ball shows as the correct amount and the carrier invoice - Access Ball's 3rd party payment vendor's (WA) system daily to work on all invoices that fall into a discrepancy status. Work with WA on carrier payment status when questions arrise. - Monitor all Coupa POs that are related to freight invoices and review for correct billing amounts prior to approval. If needed also access Ball's JDE system to remove charges from Freight Audit History - Research carrier agings and respond to carriers on a timely basis as to what Ball shows as payments made or open payments - Work with Ball Procurement on all rate discrepancies - Work with Ball's Transportation Management company (E2Open) on o approval of all accesorial charges - Assist in any research needed for Collections Agencies or attorneys that reach out to Ball for payment - Support preparing information and documentation requested by Tax - VAT recovery or any government request related to Freight payments - Assistance with periodical inventories at external warehouses - Support with POs, reqs or special payments processes of Logistics area **Top 5 outcomes the role drives for Ball**: - Financial control over payments made to carriers..ie no overpayments made - Carriers that get paid on a timely basis are more inclined to want future business with Ball. Success in this area helps make Ball a "shipper of choice". Conversely issues in the freight payment area can impact service to Ball and its customers. **Minimum Education & Experience(s)** Education Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, Business, Administration Experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience doing invoice auditing Minimum of 3 years’ experience doing adminstrative work with Excel, accessing ERPs and web based systems Minimum of 1 years’ experience doing work in the Transporation or related role **Skills**: Demonstrated skill in MS Excel-putting together basic spreadsheets Demonstrated skill in math (basic math skills required) Demonstrated skill in research - able to access multiple sources of data to put together a summary of payments Demonstrated skill in multi-tasking - ability to manage and priortize multiple projects at the same time Working knowledge of invoicing and payment terms Working knowledge of working knowlege of the Transportation industry (understand the basics) Working knowledge of navigating ERP systems like JD Edwards (or similar) and other web based tools Languages Required English and spanish **Ball Corporation es un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
