Overview Senior Pega Developer role at Marsh McLennan. Based in Mexico City. Hybrid work model requiring at least three days per week in the office. Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of Pega applications in accordance with project requirements and best practices. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and optimize Pega PRPC, Workflow, and Decisioning rules to support business processes. Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs. Manage database interactions and ensure data integrity using SQL. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. What you need to have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Pega development, with a strong understanding of Pega methodologies and frameworks. Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications. Proficiency in Pega PRPC, Pega Workflow, and Pega Decisioning. Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.) and database management (SQL). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Advanced level of English is a must.
