And we do it all in a planet-friendly sustainable manner.**Core Responsibilities**:- Project assignment for at least 6 months to design and automate operational performance metrics (KPIs)- Participates in sessions to analyze and document processes and identify potential opportunities to improve.- Prepares reports, charts and diagrams to illustrate process improvements and project data.- Assist HR SSC Operations Teams by working on projects to improve the overall service and employee experience- Perform mathematical calculations to determine current and future states of the operation- Currently pursuing a Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration interested in Business Processes- Basic knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools and methodologies- Advanced Excel and other data analysis and reporting tools- Experience in process documentation and analysis- Analytical and research skills.- Good communication and collaboration abilities- English conversational level- Familiar with Artificial Intelligence is a plus**We bring the potential of people, nature, and technology together to make life better.**That’s our purpose.
