No Relocation Assistance Offered - Del.Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico**Software Asset Management Analyst**Job SummaryThe Software Asset Management Analyst role will be responsible for the full software lifecycle processes related to requesting, administering, securing, upgrading, licensing, and sunsetting Colgate's software assets.**Essential Job Functions**- Manage Global Software Inventory across endpoints, SaaS, Mobile, SAP, non-SAP as well as subsidiary owned implemented software- implement process and procedures for tracking software installations againts software entitlements in order to ensure compliance and effective software usage- Automate management of owners, licenses, entitlements, consumption, monitoring across full portfolio- Implement appropriate scanning procedures to discover and track software installations- Automate Software Approval process- Develop License optimization processes to drive savings- Work with internal and external audit teams when necessary- Outstanding communication skills- Project planning and execution- Ability to translate requirements into processes setup controls and checkpoints- Understanding of software distribition tools SCCM and Tanium- Good understanding of CP's network infrastructure- Good understanding of server's infrastructure in ESC, business and manufacturing domain- Good understanding of security end point tools- Ability to work with vendors for product evaluations and proof of concepts- Knowledge of software asset management tools**Required Qualifications**- ** Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field to computer science**- ** Over all 2 or 3 years of IT experience**- ** Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically**- ** Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies**- ** Advanced english level**Equal Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.Colgate-Palmolive is a leading global consumer products company, tightly focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition.
