No solo somos la** startup #2 más valiosa de Latinoamérica y el primer unicornio mexicano**,** sino que estamos transformando la industria automotriz con**tecnología, datos e ideas que rompen esquemas**.**En KAVAK,**trabajamos con inteligencia y propósito**:**Work Smart & Make Kavak Happen.**Creemos en descubrir el superpoder de cada persona y potenciarlo al máximo.**️**¿Qué harás en este rol?**Cumplir con los requerimientos legales, desde el saneo de un auto, hasta lograr una entrega de calidad libre de adeudos y/o tramites pendientes relacionados con trazabilidad correcta y sin incidencias de cara al cliente final.- Revisar y validar la papelería recibida del área de Compras- Verificar facturas en el portal del SAT para asegurar su validez fiscal- Consultar y dar seguimiento a multas y adeudos en los portales de las Secretarías de Movilidad correspondientes- Subir documentación y expedientes al sistema interno de la empresa.- Armar expedientes físicos y digitales para entregas de vehículos u otros procesos administrativos.- Gestionar trámites ante el área de control vehicular.**¿Qué buscamos?**- Manejo de documentación, Manejo de Excel o bases de datos para control de trámites.- Plus - manejo de los portales de las Secretarías de Movilidad- **Modalidad: Presencial / QRO.
