Required Technical Skill Set Experience on Factory IT / OT Systems: Manufacturing Engineering, Smart Manufacturing, Industrial Control Systems, IoT / Connected DevicesExperience Range 8+ yearsLocation of Requirement **Mexico****Location: México, Querétaro****Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)**Must-Have- Bachelor’s degree or High school Diploma 's Degree in Automation/Control systems/Mechatronics/Computer Science- Proven working knowledge at least 3 years’ experience in Operational Technology(OT)-Information Technology(IT) integrated environment both hands-on and project management.- Familiar with Industrial automation and control systems including but not limited to - Allen Bradley (Rockwell Automation) Factory talk system, Schneider Electric, Wonderware Intouch, AC/DC Drive, Motor, Inverter, HMI.- Hands on experience working with following technology stack.- PTC Kepware and Thingworx Platform- Azure IoT Hub and Datalake.- Familiar with Manufacturing Execution System (MES)- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.- Experience working with site team to understand source of data, connecting Sensor/Device to local control system and mapping / transforming data as needed and store them into process historian or any local database, ensuring that data quality is good before handover to supplier.**Good-to-Have**- Managed on site contractor / suppliers for any factory automation, system integration and data enablement required for the project.**Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role**- Collaborate with users and suppliers to understand URS (User Requirement Specification) After completed, get sign off from Mars stakeholders for data enablement and system integration requirements.- Align with Solution provider for Data requirement, system integration and evaluate data readiness of the factory. Summarize any gap that requires additional investment and align with Mars Stakeholder to raise the project to cover those gaps.- Based on data requirement and gap, understand data engineering, and perform data enablement from low level device up until historization in both on-premise data center and on cloud. This task will involve hands-on configuration or working with supplier- Manage project timeline and cost. Working with supplier to deliver project as per agreed requirement.- Periodically update project progress and report to Mars management team.- Work with factory stakeholder to drive adoption of deployed solution and realize benefits**Important**:**México**: Travels to Guadalajara will be borne by client
