The Role KAST is seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead our crypto card product in Mexico. This pivotal role requires an individual with a proven track record at a crypto exchange or crypto card product, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of local market nuances. As the local market owner, you will drive product localization, community growth, and domestic scaling. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape strategy, navigate the regulatory landscape, and represent KAST as the face of our brand in your country. What You’ll Be Doing Community Building: Foster a strong and engaged local community around KAST's crypto card product. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the Mexico market, utilizing community engagement, paid marketing, referrals, and campaigns. Navigate Regulation: Understand the domestic regulatory landscape and ensure KAST operates effectively and compliantly. Local Product Development: Develop and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for Mexico, combining paid marketing, referrals, community engagement, and partnerships. Domestic Scaling: Drive significant growth in Monthly Active Users (MAU) and FIAT in/out volumes within the market. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team for local activation, leverage campaign and referral mechanisms, and collaborate with the product team to build features with high potential for success. What You'll Bring Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role at a crypto exchange or crypto card product is essential. We need individuals who understand the demanding nature of this industry. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Mexican market, including local product expectations and user behaviors. Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and implement effective growth levers in the market. Community Focus: Strong community-building skills and a track record of activating and scaling engaged user bases.
