**Objective**Tooling Design Leader is responsible for Interface with Tooling Design MEX for LLC, performance upgrades and Component design improvements.**Main Responsibilities**- Interface with Tooling Design MEX for LLC and performance upgrades.- Component design improvements- Supplier development for maintenance processes and productivity- SAP asset tree and spare part standardization strategy development- Conceptual feasibility analysis and fixture design- Conceptual study of fixtures vs. 3D (Mathematical) model of the product.- Tooling and product management for design- Preparation of simulation data in Solid Works 3D / NX**Position Requirements**- Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineer, or Similar).- Tooling & Fixtures- Conceptual Design- Machining Manufacturing Processes Prototyping CAD/CAE Design- Master’s degree- English Advanced- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
