Our goal is to continue to evolve to allow our employees to bring their best selves to work and to lifeJob responsabilities- Support coverage of assigned accounts and /or an assigned geography- Understand and achieve sales targets and sales objectives- Sell Industrial Products such as: Tapes, Films, Adhesives, Corrugated and Machinery- Understand customer processes and sell value versus price- Work with vendor representatives, customer specifications, and material approvals through conducting joint sales- Ability to understand customer packaging needs- Develop strong relationships and influence customers and prospects- Ability to understand customer business priorities- Understand customer manufacturing processes- Utilize solution-based selling skills- Manage business planning and execution process- Track and measure results against business plan- Travel included- Participate in a one week training session at Crown’s Corporate office in St. Louis- 2 years minimum experience- Proactive and organized- Ethical and moral values.- Degree or equivalent work experience.- Bilingual (English).Bennefits and fringe benefits- Law Benefits- Formal and full time work.- Gasoline bonus- Cell phone expenses- Excellent commission scheme.- Fixed salary.- Punctuality and attendance bonuses.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $100,000.00 - $400,000.00 al mesPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Programa de referidosTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadExperiência:- Ventas de empaque: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
