We delight our Fortune 100 customers such as Comcast, Apple, Samsung, Google, Vivint and Daikin with ground breaking wireless technology solutions such as advanced, voice-enabled remote controls, cloud control solutions, extreme low power Bluetooth silicon with energy harvesting capabilities, smart thermostats and sensors and many other IoT solutions.**Description**The Facilities Manager will be primarily focused on support maintenance of the good conditions of the plant facilities, trough preventive and corrective maintenance of UEM equipment, and buildings, ensuring, the supply of compressed air, water and electricity required for production according to specifications, attending ISO 9000 audits with zero major nonconformities, support and participation in improvement projects in the plant.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**The duties listed below are intended only as examples of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to this class.- Comply with preventive maintenance plan of installations and plant equipment, assuring compressed air, energy, water, and AC, according to production specifications- Support customer requirements with plant resources. To attend ISO 9001 audits with purpose to obtain Zero non major conformities- Assure internal rules compliance for contractors and facilities- Assure 6 s compliance on working areas for facilities and contractors- Contribute with continuous improvement projects and cost saving projects**Responsibilities for Integral management system**To actively participate on Integral management system audits*****Formal Education & Certification**BS in Engineering, advanced English.**Knowledge & Experience**- + 5 years’ managerial experience- Manufacturing industry- Strategy and direction for site operations (Facility management)- Develop and manage annual budget operation.*****Work Conditions**Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.Universal Electronics Inc.
