**⭐️ A Typical Day**A **Activity Hub Coordinator** supports the operations team with clerical duties.**Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to**:- Source new leads (applicants and/or customers) using our sourcing software- Troubleshoot and identify issues as fast as possible and causes of applicant's problems using a variety of internal tools- Serving as the point person for our office generalist duties including Maintenance, Mailing, Shipping, Supplies, Equipment, Bills, Errands, Budgeting, Shopping, Logistics, and Coordinating.- This role also requires you to be flexible and undertake duties outside of this role specification from time to time, as required**Qualifications**- Fluency in English (Advanced)- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills- Time management skills and ability to prioritize- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills—independently overcome roadblocks- Technology savvy with an interest in new generation technology—comfortable doing things a different way, trouble-shooting and recommending new technology- Availability to work remotely **(Mon-Fri 9 AM- 6 PM)****We offer**- An excellent opportunity and potential to grow within a company with a great work environment.- A good work-life balance.- Wellness discounts.- Monthly payment in USD.**If you share our commitment to delivering excellent client-focused service and putting customers first, enjoy working in teams, and are always looking to improve, join us**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoHorario:- Turno de 8 horas
