Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. At Stripe, our Mexico City office is a vibrant hub at the forefront of our mission to reshape the financial landscape for businesses worldwide. Our team prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and excellence. As a member of the Mexico City team, you'll be part of a mission-driven community dedicated to enhancing the global economy and increasing the GDP of the internet. We strive for excellence by creating with craft and beauty, while having fun and celebrating our successes together. We cultivate a culture of collaboration, inclusivity and support where every team member’s voice matters. Our commitment shines through as we handle over a million support cases each year, empowering our users not just to solve problems but to achieve their goals. About the team The Global GTM Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with each GTM function and across Stripe to drive initiatives and support the overall rhythm of the GTM business. Within GTM Ops, this team supports two separate but related functional areas: The Alliances & Channels (A&C) team is at the forefront of working with partners, sales and our users to drive revenue and growth. The A&C Strategy and Operations function at Stripe plays a crucial role in the success of our partner organization. With a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the art and science of sales, our team is dedicated to informing strategy and planning, optimizing processes, and providing insights that propel Stripe’s growth. We do this by being objective, trusted partners to the A&C Leadership team. The Realization Operations team helps build the operational infrastructure that enables our GTM field teams to guide users from a commercial agreement with Stripe through implementation and usage of Stripe’s products. They collaborate closely with all field teams to support planning, core business operations, and data-driven insights that unlock faster value realization for Stripe users. What you’ll do Stripe is launching Stripe Delivery Centers - a brand new global team to design, implement and grow Stripe’s operations for the next decade. We are looking for dynamic and curious people that have a passion for solving global user issues, building operations, driving process improvements and want to play a front-line role in building this new operational capability for Stripe and accelerating Stripe’s growth. If you like challenging, scaled problems and are an amazing teammate, we want to hear from you For the GTM Ops Data Analyst role we are seeking a technically sophisticated and detailed oriented individual who supports A&C and/or Realization Ops as an operations and analytics subject matter expert. This person will be responsible for improving the quality of analytics and insights on a consistent basis, including standardization of reporting and scalability across the function with the primary objective of enabling GTM leadership to make effective, analytically driven decisions. This person will also be innately curious and ready to dig deep into operational and performance processes, systems, and data to assess current performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide fact-based insights that enable us to introduce improvements in order to simplify complex cross-organizational systems to improve efficiency and drive growth. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about their work, detail oriented, analytical and has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity in a high-growth environment, and solving problems with limited oversight. Responsibilities Design, build and maintain core SQL-driven GTM dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy, timely refreshes, and clear insights for business stakeholders. Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews by aggregating, validating, and analyzing data, and preparing slides, commentary, and required updates. Assist in forecasting activities by running data checks, maintaining related reports, and highlighting discrepancies or risks to stakeholders. Manage day-to-day Salesforce/CRM operations, including resolving data issues, running data loads, creating basic reports, and supporting opportunity hygiene. Triage and resolve operational tickets and ad-hoc reporting requests from GTM, A&C, and Sales teams, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Collaborate with data engineers and cross-functional partners to troubleshoot data inconsistencies, improve data quality, and elevate pipeline or system issues when needed. Perform end-to-end QA on dashboards, reports, and SQL-driven outputs to ensure error-free data used across business reviews and GTM operations. Streamline internal reporting processes by identifying manual tasks, proposing simplifications, and improving documentation and runbooks. Provide operational support and improvement recommendations for recurring GTM and A&C processes. Deliver clear written summaries and insights that help leadership interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. Who you are We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum requirements Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. 1–3+ years of experience in data operations, analytics, or a similar role supporting business stakeholders. Advanced SQL proficiency — ability to write, update, troubleshoot, and adapt queries (joins, CTEs, aggregations) to support reporting, dashboards and operational workflows. Experience working with large data sets, especially in analyzing large imperfect data sets to creatively solve problems and creating scalable reports and dashboards or ad-hoc analysis. Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain data findings clearly and concisely. Strong attention to detail and the ability to execute repeatable processes with high accuracy. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate data issues and propose practical solutions. Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Preferred qualifications Experience using Salesforce/CRM systems, including working with reports, dashboards, and basic data hygiene. Familiarity with dashboarding or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Hubble, or similar). Experience building or maintaining spreadsheet-based reports (Google Sheets/Excel) using functions like SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables. Prior exposure to GTM, Sales Ops, or partner operations environments. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across time zones. Familiarity with data QA processes, ETL/pipeline concepts, or ticket-based operations support. Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams and deep familiarity with sales operations and sales KPIs. Prior experience at a growth stage technology company.
