**Your Job**This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground level and will play a critical part in helping build out the capability over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues will provide significant global exposure to the employees.**What You Will Do**- Build talent for now and for the future to provide a global, shared services capability for KOCH- Provide on-going coaching and feedback by having honest discussions and trusted relationships with Leaders/team members to advance their skills.- Foster an environment that promotes knowledge development and learning (challenge, experimentation, knowledge networks, etc.), leading to business and personal transformation.- Partner with global leaders to continue to meet the milestones and objectives of the team.- Identify, assess, and work to close gaps in each team member's development areas to allow them to contribute at progressively higher levels.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Previous experience in a similar role.- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.- Proficient in English and Spanish Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.- Strong people and stakeholder management experience.- Strong desire to own the development and career path direction of team.**What Will Put You Ahead**- Experience leading in a global team.- Experience in working/leading technology teams- Overall IT knowledge- Leading and development of product teams.- Able to challenge the status quo and introduce change.- Experience leading transformation programs**Who We Are**As a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) creates solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management and anything else our businesses need.
