Pooled CSM on this position will get to:- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing technical demands and acting as liaison to resolve customer issues by other functions; results will be measured by NSAT / NPS surveys- Maintaining and growing monthly recurring revenue- Managing internal / external teams to resolve issues- Proactively engage with customers that identify as high churn risk and running playbooks- Maintaining accurate customer records for each engagement in RingCentral’s CRM- Escalating if issues arise at a customerWe offer:- Competitive salary- Monthly performance bonus- Pantry vouchers- Life insurance- Medical insurance- Permanent work from home- Monday to Friday schedule- 40 hours shifts- Direct hiring- All law benefits- Paid training**Qualifications**:Qualifications**:- 1+ yr experience in a **client facing role**, business-to-business support or equivalent- **1+ yr in high-tech or telecommunications industries**:- Proven track record of success by exceeding sales or customer satisfaction goals- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- **Advanced English (B2)**:- Ability to lead cross-functional teams within RingCentral and at the customer to resolve issues- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools- Knowledge of IT support, preferably in unified communication services, including VoIP, PBX, networking, or related technologiesPreferred:- Experience with IT support, preferably in unified communication services, including VoIP, PBX, networking, or related technologies
