Establish efficient data request templates and collaborate with colleagues to understand business analysis needs, documenting requirements for analyses and data collection processes.2. Develop processes and tools for initial and ongoing data collection in support of business analysis requirements not addressed by current systems5. Using digital tools and techniques, analyze data, interpret results and provide ongoing analysis6. Define advanced data collection and analysis processes, including digital and AI approaches7. Deliver reporting capabilities to address category management, regional and business unit information needs8. Provide functional and category analytics both routinely and on an ad-hoc basis as required9. Optimize statistical accuracy and reliability by continuously improving data collection approaches, analysis processes, and related strategies. Synthesize, summarize, and interpret information from multiple sources (historical, forecast, internal and external)10. Identify and propose process improvement opportunities based on analysis findings, synthesizing and summarizing information from multiple sources (historical, forecast, internal, and external).**Required**:Minimum 3 years of experience data analysis (preferrrable using advanced techniques)**Skills**:ability to analyze large data sets and recognize patterns in data, information, or eventsstrong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including but not limited to quantitativeoral and written communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner and to create comprehensive presentations**Compensation & Benefits****- Hiring Salary Range**: $470,100 - 656,280 MXN Peso (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)- (This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.)- Ball includes a comprehensive benefits structure, Go to our career site and click "Total Rewards" to learn more.When you join Ball you belong to a team of over 16,000 members worldwide.
