Procurement Data Steward

**A Day in Your Life at MKS**:
As a Global Procurement Data Steward, you will partner with cross functional teams to champion data governance and quality across our global supply chain operations, ensuring procurement activities are supported by reliable data in alignment with company goals. In this role, you will report to the Procurement Manager.

**You Will Make an Impact By**:

- **Ensuring compliance with data governance policies** and procedures, and provide regular data quality reporting to senior management.
- **Maintain high levels of data accuracy** by monitoring supplier and material master data, and leading data cleansing and standardization efforts
- **Monitor key data quality metrics** and oversee the procurement data lifecycle from creation to utilization, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible
- **Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders** to ensure data integrity and support reporting and analytics needs.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 20 % of Travel is required.

**Skills You Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and good writing and oral communication skills
- CPIM and/or APICS certification preferred

- Very good experience in working with SAP or Oracle
- Attention to details and analytic thinking
- 5+ years of experience in data management, supply chain, or procurement operations.
- Experience working with cross-functional, multicultural teams in a global environment.

- Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time
- Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
- Must be able to exchange accurate information
- Operates in a professional office environment
