Gigamon is seeking a creative, data-driven, and customer-obsessed Sr. Integrated Demand Marketing Specialist to join our WW Digital Growth Marketing team. In this role, you’ll act as a subject matter expert responsible for the planning, implementation, and optimization of integrated digital programs that fuel pipeline generation through multiple syndication and media outlets. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset for digital demand generation and hands‑on media planning experience, with a proven ability to translate marketing insights into high‑impact programs. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams worldwide to design integrated marketing programs that align with Gigamon’s global growth goals. What You’ll Do Lead media planning and execution across digital syndication, and collaborate with other digital subject matter experts to extend efforts to paid social, display, and programmatic channels to optimize pipeline creation and acceleration. Collaborate with field marketing and digital strategy teams worldwide to execute cohesive, data‑informed, and scalable demand generation programs. Manage end‑to‑end program orchestration — from creative development and audience targeting to performance analysis and optimization. Partner closely with global stakeholders to maximize the impact of digital channels, ensuring consistent alignment with business priorities and regional goals. Develop and manage media plans and budgets, ensuring optimal investment across multiple channels and platforms. Identify opportunities to extend digital journeys beyond the core channels — integrating nurture, retargeting, and content engagement tactics. Continuously measure, analyze, and report on program performance, using data to guide resource allocation and refine marketing strategies. Work cross‑functionally with agencies, vendors, and internal partners to ensure flawless execution and continuous performance improvement. This is an INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR role that will involve coordinating and collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders, as well as managing numerous external agencies across all regions. What You’ve Done 5+ years of experience in demand generation, customer acquisition, or digital media program management for technology or B2B companies. Proven experience with media planning and buying, including strategy development, audience segmentation, and performance measurement. Proficiency and/or Experience in Salesforce, Marketo, ABM platforms, Content Syndication, Programmatic Media, SEM, Paid Social, and Display Advertising. Strong analytical background — adept at leveraging data and insights to drive ROI and make strategic recommendations. Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools for data storytelling and presentation. Bachelor’s degree required; marketing, communications, or business focus preferred.
