We look for colleagues who Care, Dare and Deliver.Detail Role & Responsibilities:Keep abreast with technological advancement in the flexible packaging industries and relevant applicability in HPPL Conduct market intelligence on competitor’s activities, make budgets for manpower, maintenance, capex, consumables etc Monitor efficiencies, outputs, ensure compliance to QMS (CAPA, NCR addressal) Participate in selection of technology, negotiation, resource mobilization and projects in flexible packaging operations Undertake cost reduction initiatives Ensure plans achieved at the Printing, lamination and slitting machines. Ensure full utilization of the machines/process Ensure compliance to BRC, HACCP and ISO requirements Ensure ERP entries are online and accurate Maintain the optimum stock for the plant Responsible for generation of different reports i.e BRM, MRM, Productivity monitor etc Responsible for developing his team for skill and competence building Responsible for ensuring benchmark product safety and quality parameters are in place and are implemented Responsible for implementation of Occupational Health and Safety requirements and environmental management system requirements Responsible for implementation and practice of applicable legal requirements and law of land Responsible for implementation and practice Huhtamaki Code of Conduct Responsible for implementation and practice of maintaining 5S+S standards in the departmentAdditional Requirements:Should have good knowledge of computerAbility to lead a team, communication & presentation skills.Functional Competencies required:Knowledge ManagementProduct / Process KnowledgeJoin us to shape the future together
