**BAT MEXICO** **ESTÁ BUSCANDO UN EXECUTIVE ASSOCIATE****NIVEL DE SENIORIDAD**:No Gerencial**FUNCIÓN**:Digital Bussiness Services General Management (DBS)**UBICACIÓN**:Monterrey**PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN**Esta posición pertenece al departamento del DBS.Esta persona será responsable por apoyar al Director, así como a sus Gerentes directos.*****Reporta a**:DBS Hub Activation Lead**Nível de Reporte**:Gerencial**Foco Geográfico**:Monterrey**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**- Solicitar boletos de avión y reservación de hotel al personal de Operaciones en sus viajes de negocios.- Elaboración de informes de viajes de todo el personal de Operaciones.- Llevar el control de la caja chica.- Elaboración de órdenes de compra y estar al pendiente de los pagos a proveedores.- Apoyo con las visitas en cuestión de sus traslados de aeropuerto - hotel - BAT - hotel - aeropuerto.- Suministro de papelería para toda el área de Operaciones y de Canadá.- Gestión del Beneficio de automóvil para ejecutivos.**EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS ESENCIALES**- ** Carreras afín: Administración.**:- ** Manejar un nível avanzado del idioma inglés.**:- ** Manejo de paquete de Office (Excel - Power Point) Intermedio**:- ** Poseer competencias demostrables de comunicación, orientación al detalle y proactividad****DESEABLE**- ** Experiência en procesos administrativos y como asistente.**:- ** Aspiraciones de crecimiento y desarrollo profesionales en otros departamentos.
