You will also be responsible for one or more areas within the product.You will be expected to provide a leadership role on various initiatives including addressing business critical customer issues.As we integrate ML and AI capabilities for the next generation of Cost Management solutions, you will get an opportunity to be part of and be a driver of that exciting journey.**Skills**:2+ years of experience leading software development teams4+ years of hands-on software development experience in Java, REST, or other object-oriented technologiesExperienced in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle DatabaseConversant with AI/ML platforms and technologiesSelf-motivated with critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExperience working in an agile environmentStrong technical writing and verbal communication skills**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
